When I was making VCDs I used to use ChapterXtractor and VCDEasy to get the entrypoints from the original DVD... which was fine.
But now im making 2 Disk SVCDs which means that i add chapters after the files have been cut so I cant get the correct entrypoints on the second cd.
Does anyone know how to do this?

ChapterXtractor + VCDEasy still works fine.
With VCDEasy, you can add an off-set to the chapter times when you paste the ChapterXtractor info.
