    is there any way to extract the audio in a divx movie to a wav file without using virtualdub. virtualdub messes up the wav file whenever I use it. Thanks in advance.

    You can use TMPGEnc. Open it up close the wizard and click browse on video source and open ur divX file then go to File>Output to file>WAVE File and hit save.
