My mass media class needed a simple way of looping our show. I thought of taking a spare DV card we had, and getting a video card with TV-OUT. It works perfect, but the quality is horrible! Premiere is set to 320x240x15FPS, and I don't know how to change it... Is there any way to. Or is there another capture program I could use? I would like premiere, as some students know how to use it, but all I really have to do is capture pre-edited video, and maybe clip the ends...
Thanks for any help
