Divx no suported with TMPGEnc 2.57

Hi everybody,
I´m new here, I´m impressed with these forums.
Ok, the problem I have is that I download the film "THE HOLE" on divx. When I try to conver it with TMPGEnc 2.57 appear a message that say that it is not supported. Trying with Panasonic mpeg1 encoder ver. 2.1 appears the typical message "Window ha ejecutado un operacion no valida.....". With Virtual dub 1.4 appear message : DIVX05 need.
How can I do to convert it to vcd.

Download and install the appropriate divx codec, or try installing the nimo codec pack as it is probrably in there.

Thanks for your quicky answer.
I have installed divx 5.02 and I can see THE HOLE with windows media player. I had nimo codec pack but I had to uninstall it because Panasonic mpeg1 encoder ver. 2.1 don´t work with it installed. I use Panasonic to conver the divxs that its sound don´t work with TMPGEnc 2.57.
I have to put the codec in some specific place or inform it to TMPGEnc 2.57???.
Any sugestion???
