Hi! I keep having problems with lipsync when coverting SVCD to VCD. It seems the further into the film I go the more further out the lipsync gets. I am using DVD2AVI and TMPGEnc to do the job, and to the best of my knowledge, I am following the instructions given in the tutorial on this site. Please somebody help as only when the conversion is finished I find out the sync goes right out, and I am starting to run out of hair to pull out!!

i have the same problem with divx films i have downloaded when i make a svcd,i do the audio with v dub then use tmpgenc and after that the audio is fine at the start but the longer the film plays the more it goes out of sync
why is this -
have you saved the wavefile in vdub using full processing mode rather than direct stream copy.
