Hello,
Has anyone had the problem that after capturing video from a miniDV camera via firewire into Premiere, and then exporting a timeline from Premiere 6.02 using the LSX MPEG-2 DVD assets setting, that sometime during the transcoding Premiere just quits by itself. I have the registered LSX Mpeg Suite 2.0. My Adobe Premiere project is about an hour long and about 7 minutes into the process Premiere just quits. Any help regarding this matter would be appreciated.
Another question that I have is regarding the actual transcoding speed. I am running a P4 2.0 ghz, 512 DDR Ramm, 100 GB HD. Is there anyway to make the transfer speed closer to real time cause right now I'm looking at about 3:1 or 4:1. Thanks a lot,
Eugene

I have a P4 1.6a that's running at 2.4ghz and have no problems or have had any problems with the LSX plugin in the past...
I've now switch to the frameserver and use Tmpeg for all my encoding, but to make LSX go faster, use the speed setting (motion precision) around 10 or so...the default is 16 with a maximum of 20....
but you'll get less quality....also...upgrade to 6.03 for Premiere, it's fixed alot of problems and maybe this one..
