    Hi guys, if you could help I would be very grateful. I have a HDC-TM900 Panasonic video camera, and have recorded some clips in 1920x1080 24p, matching the exact settings on the Premiere Elements preset settings. However when I play the clips they are sometimes jagged and audio cuts out.

    Not enough detail. Maybe you could post a sample still or clip (30MB max here).

    I'm guessing that Premiere Elements lacks 24p support. Alternate is to edit it as 1080i 29.97 upper field first (as telecine).
