    I'm trying my first steps here with some movie I downloaded.

    The movie is in divx and its 480*352 and it's 25 fps.

    I want to convert it to VCD. What settings should I use in TMPGenc in order to get a good resolution ? Do i need to preserve this resolution or If I make it higher it would be better (but the screen size would get smaller)?

    Well guys, read both of the guides and probably missed the part on the resulotion.

    I understand that there is no need to change the resolution of the video. I think I got confused with something else. thx anyway.

    btw, I've noticed that If I don't seperate the WAV from the divx, TMPGEnc reports a wrong film length. Why is that ?
