I burned an XVCD in NERO and when I play it in my DVD player, it comes out upside down. If I just play the original file on my computer it plays fine. The problembegan when I burned it as a VCD. Any ideas?

ultraviolet353, Did you encode the XVCD with TMPGEnc? If you did, did you choose MPEG-1 Video-CD (Non-Standard) under the Systems tab? Lowering your burning speed can also help.
