I am ripping DVD with Smart Ripper and DVD2AVI, but the result is one big mpg files, wich I have to cut on parts.
Is it posible to rip DVD and get number of mpg files with

actually, smartripper will allow you (in movie mode) to split the vob files at every chapter, but then i don't know of any software to do batch conversions of vob to mpeg or vob to avi to mpeg.

There is an option in SmartRipper to split your files by VOB, by chapter and by maximum file size, which you can specify. Just explore the software. Click on the button above START to adjust these settings.
If you rip by chapter, DVD2Avi will open all the files in sequence, in groups of 9 or 10. -
This is how I rip a DVD for encoding to VCD and miniDVD:
Use SmartRipper to open the DVD in movie mode.
I select enough chapters to equal a running time of 74 minutes or less. I can tell by looking in the first of three status windows beneath the chapter selections in movie mode.
Before I hit START, I make sure I've set SmartRipper to rip by chapter in the "properties" area (click the button above the START button).
I hit START. I wait until it's finished.
I repeat for another set of chapters for subsequent discs.
I save each disc's worth of vob chapters in its own folder so I can find them later.
I open up my first set of chapterized vobs in DVD2Avi. DVD2Avi automatically loads the others in sequence. If there are more than 9 chapters, just add more chapters until you have a disc's worth.
Use DVD2Avi to set up a project, and to demux or decode(/downsample) your audio.
Open the d2v file DVD2Avi makes in your video source option in TMPGEnc. Open your audio file in the audio source option.
I tweak my TMPGEnc settings for VCD. Encode. Author and burn it with VideoPack 4. Watch it. Love it. -
More:
I also use the information SmartRipper provides in these status windows to get timing information for each chapter so I can place nearly exact entrypoints on each disc with VideoPack 4.
