    It would be alot helpful If i could encode couple more files at once, then i don't have to always go check my PC in every hour or so.

  2. Open up TMPGenc as many times as you want. I sometimes encode 3 or more files at once using TMPGenc. just keep on clicking on it.

    It's probably more efficient on CPU if you just use the batch utility built in and specify all the files you require and encode them that way. (I could be wrong - has anybody done any benchmarking on this ?)

    Using the lastest version of TMPGEnc, you can batch encode. When using this latest version, use the wizard and this allows you to batch encode.
