  1. I was looking for some input as to what some of the best setting choices are using TMPGEnc and files ripped from DVD to make a VCD.

    Thats like asking what the best car color is.........
    Its personal pref.....I personally like to fit the entire movie on one cd...so mine is actually a non-standard VCD ....because I lower the bitrate to acomplish this...
    But seeing as my stand alone DVD player will play anything...its my preference...I did put Pearl Harbor on two cds....but that was over 3 hours...and I didn't want to lose that much quality....But normally everything I do is good quality (better than vhs on one cdr/rw)
