Hi, I know SVCD supports upto 2 audio channels and 4 subtitles. I want to create switchable subs not permanent ones like you do with virtual dub.
I know you can maybe do this with I-Author but its nearly impossible to find. Anyone?

Yes I-Author does this very well but if you don't have it then you can use WinSubMux.
You rip your subs using subrip. Rip them in philips svcd designer format and load them into WinSubMux along with your mpg. As Mirror_Image said, there are guides on this at doom9.
