Hey all, I'm not sure where to post this. I've been around, I riped a DVD a while ago, done this and that in the related field, but have no idea how to do what I'm looking for:
I am looking to take short sound clips from TV and Movies. (Either VCD, Divx, or straight off of DVD) What is the best way for me to go about this? I would assume there is a program that will capture exactly what sound is being outputted from my computer and save it as either MP3, WMA or WAV. Am I correct? If so, I would greatly appreciate the name of such programs.
Otherwise, can someone give me direction? I thank you in advance for your help. (and thank VCDHelp for all its glorious information!)
Andrew
