  1. Is there a way or can anyone provide me with a link that will show me how to edit the sound on a mpeg

i have clips but i want to edit them so the sound fades in/out during certain parts

please dont tell me to read the green/red section on the left hand side as this is a one off project and a lot of the things on there are not relevant to me

    any help would be great

the easiest way i can think of editing the sounds is to put the mpeg thru tmpg and set the source range to the parts of the movie u want to fade and set the audio setting to fade at that part and rejoin the movie parts

  3. demux the mpeg audio and video so you have an .mp2 file. convert that to wav, do your editing (remember not to actually cut any parts out, just do your fade ins etc, otherwise your finished movie will end up out of sync)

then convert the wav back to mp2 and re-mux the 2 files togehter.

  7. de-mux with TmpGenc

convert the mp2 to wav with BeSweet

Edit in your favourite wav editor

    re-convert to .mp2 with beSweet

    re-mux with TmpGenc

That detailed enough for you ??
