Hey,
I've been debating whether to get one of these Geforce4 Ti 4200 cards (either 64MB or 128MB version) to replace my current one. I'm thinking I wanna get another "all-inclusive" board like I have now, an ATI AIW Radeon 32MB board.
For brand, I keep hearing it doesn't matter, but I've been looking at Gainward or MSI (in fact the other Geforce makers seem to be lazy, and only these two seem to have cap features on their board).
From the way I see it, I'll lose only the TV Tuner feature (which I no longer use on the Radeon anyway), and I should still be able to cap S-Video or Composite. Also looks like I can cap suitable resolutions for either VCD or SVCD (352X480 would probably work to get me interlaced).
Anyway, my question: Has anyone bought these boards? Is there any reason NOT to buy one? Any serious drawbacks?
I also need it to work with Virtualdub/Huffy Codec, I assume that's not a problem...
Thanks...
