    I want to make captures from my TV Wonder VE board but here in Brazil this board seems not work well, i´m using the MMC 7.1. What i have to do to make it work? i have to buy some think like a signal converter ( if it exists ) or get an especific software?

    Try to change the decoder of the card to PAL-M...
    I think there's a option to change to PAL-M, PAL-N, NTSC, etc..
