i heard you cant copy dvds on normal video tapes
iam using samsung dvd payer which has dvd & tape 2 in 1
is possible to copy dvds to tape on it
if not which dvd player does the job

No you can't but if you can somehow turn off macrovision on the DVD player you can. Check to the left for DVD Hacks and search and see if it you can. And the DVD players in that section can with the hacks in place.

yes if you can turn off " macrovision" from your dvd player. Check dvd hack forum and see if there any firmware upgrade for your DVD. I am not responsible if you mess up your DVD player.
