I'm fairly new the the SVCD burning process since buying an APEX AD-1100w a few weeks ago. The trouble I am having is that when I play the SVCD CD-RW in my player (and the Afreey LD-2060) the last three seconds of each clip is cut off before it is finished playing. After the alloted pause (determined in NERO DAO) it goes on to the next clip and cuts that one off too. The same files burned onto ISO-9660 play back in their entirety on the APEX and play back fine in Windows Media Player on a P4 2GHz running WinXP Pro.
I'm using TMPGenc to make the MPEG2 files out of a Premiere/AfterEffects project. DVD formatted file. 720x480, CBR, 5000kbps, Open GOP, 192kbps audio @ 48khz. NERO burning SVCD, no menu, standard compliant CD off, Joliet off, DAO, 2x burn to Pengo CD-RW, Finalize/close disc.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

some players do that, my apex ad660 will stop 3 seconds before the end of the final track.
