    I can make scene selections work fine on vcd's with Ulead MF, but they don't play with Svcd's, my player just skips over the where the menu should be and goes staight into the main file. The svcd plays fine apart from this. They play ok on the pc with power dvd, so the menu's are there, maybe it's just my dvd player, (sony ns700)

    This is also happening to me. I have a Sony DVP-NS500V dvd player, and the (x)vcds work with menus but the (x)svcds don't please help.

    Check and see if you have PBC enabled in your player (refer to your manual).
