I am attempting my first SVCD and noticed that the end product (after converting with TMPGE) leaves a Tic-Tac-Toe type square box in the top right corner.
Is this normal ?
What does it Mean?
Can it be removed?

With mine it was a sign of the Elecard MPEG2 Video Decoder, I installed windvd and then uninstalled the elecard and everything was fine.
Hope this helps.... -
like slopoke said, that box is from the elecard mepg 2 decoder. Don't bother replacing the decoder if you don't want to though as the box will not appear when you burn an SVCD and play it on a standalone player.
