I have made some VCDs using TempGEnc and they appear a little jerky. Is there any way of improving the quality? I used slowest encode.

A bit more info please, what was your source.. Im betting its a PAL/NTSC problem...

The source was a Pal DVD. I use PAL VCDs. It's not unwatchable, but the motion does not look as smooth as DVD or VHS.
