    maybe i can help u....
    i believe u need to set res to the same as your vcd,and u need to export the swf to avi then use your usual program to convert it to vcd

    dont u have the "*.fla"?the only way to resize the swf...
    but...u can resize the movie avi..in any software, vdub,vs6, msp, tempg..etc..
