    I used Nero 5.5.8.2 to burn my VCD's but everytime I get it encoded it puts it as an mpeg file but when I play in my DVD player it only reads the audio....any suggestions? I use an Apex DVD player and I'm sure that they are VCd compatible.

    Are you dropping an AVI into Nero or a properly converted VCD mpeg ?
    Nero is useless at converting AVI's so use TMPGEnc to make them with a VCD template.
