  1. I have a mpeg file for vcd but audio volume is very low. I want to normalise the audio. I demultiplexed the file using TMPGEnc but got a .mpa audio file. How do I convert it to a wav file so that I can use it in CoolEdit or anyother audio editor software. I originally encoded the mpeg using TMPGEnc with ToolLame for audio encoding. Is there any other way to normalise the audio in mpeg file other than reencoding it.
