I downloaded Hart's War and it has this counter in the upper right hand corner that stays there for the whole movie. Anyone know how to remove this? The file is in .ogm format (OGG Audio).

That's in vision time code (burn-in TC) and you can't remove it. However you can try to mask it with various filter for VirtualDub. Depending on how big it is, this may be successful. Check out the DeLogo filter.
