I use TMPGenc to convert the file, use no margins so it is converted full screen, but when I burned it, it was jumpy and did not work, any suggestions what might be wrong??

I read it on VCD help, how to make a DVD rip AVI file into full screen.
Using TMPgenc
By clicking on "No Margins" in the advanced box.
I did this, however the movie is not working on my vcd player. It is not the cds I use cause all other films work ok
I used this setting :
Video-CD PAL (MPEG-1 352x288 25fps CBR 1150kbps, Layer-2 44100Hz 224kbps)
am I using the right settings??

Hmm.. the settings u provided should be fine. Did you do something
different (apart from using an avi as the source) than when you
made the other vcd's that worked?
Maybe your vcd player is finicky? -
the film is all choppy, I dont know, I know it is not the cdrs or the VCD player (psx vcd card) cause other vcds/mpeg1's run fine, I'll try to sort it out... thank you anyway
