    hi again guys.i just downloaded collateral damage avi 500meg.when i put to vhs and played back i get left/right channels on the video going on off/hissing then normal all the way through.no problem though for copied off disc mpeg spiderman.perfect sound and pic.could it be in the file problem?can it be corrected anyway? thanks ian

    first is there a problem with the avi? watch it on your pc.

    Next is there a problem with your cables?

    Third you cannot have an amped up cable into a vcr as you might blow the circuts, perhaps you did.
