    Yeh, this shit is coming to Australia too, Optus cable which was formerly Optus@home from the 1st of July is now putting in place download limits but if you surpass them they dont charge you they just keep lowering your bandwidth which sucks.

    I highly doubt that this is because of piracy online, but rather looking for new ways to get money from subscribers. I'm still waiting for the day that they start charging to change the channel.
