    TMPGNec can do that with it's "cut & Merge" tool.
    just need to import the 3 .dat files and click "ok" in the "cut and Merge" tool window.

    .dat files are nothing more than renamed .mpg files. Same goes for DVD .vob. TMPEG handles them nicely, as was said before.
