  1. Hello everyone,

I recently downloaded MissingMpegTools and MediaPipe as well as the GNUvcdX program... I can't get anything to work at all...

When I try to create a mpa or mp2 file with mp2enc I get a message in my terminal that says: Event not found.

    What is going wrong here?

Then when I create a pipeline to MediaPipe and try to open the Encode MOV -> SVCD I get an error message that states: Error ID:-1 Creating the CollectionControlObject for the PipelingListControl.

As you can see nothing seems to work... All I want to do is create some SVCDs. VCDs just won't cut it for me.

I installed Apple Developer Tools and that didn't change anything. I hope there are answers to my problems...

    Thanx,

  2. MediaPipe0.8r2 no longer accepts pipelines.
MMT has been updated and will be released at the same time as MediaPipe0.8.2

  3. RMC,

when will these programs be available? I hope pretty soon... so i guess every thing not working isn't my fault after all.

  5. As a workaround you can open the MMT mediapipe file that is created with any text editor. Inside are XML tags that are self explanatory. Just follow each command and fill out the configuration to meet what's in the XML file.

  6. Unfortunately I really am a beginner at all of this... I got the file to open in TextEdit, but I don't know where to go from there. I'm also not very versed in Unix or Darwin as well. If you could explain what I have to do maybe that might help. Otherwise, I should probably wait for the next versions of MediaPipe and MMT to be available.

    Thanx for you help,
