Sorry this is not a DVD question, but I just wondered if anyone knew of a good MPEG player that wll play most types of MPG files. Reason I ask is I downloaded a TV show episode and I cannot play it with anything I have.
Thanks.

Probably nothing to do with your players but more a case of not having the right codecs.

A great freeware product for playing MPEG files, as well as Divx and DVDs is Zoom Player.
It is totally free and you can download the latest version (2.60) here http://www.inmatrix.com/files/zoomplayer_download.shtml
and read about it on this site here http://www.vcdhelp.com/tools.htm
Incredibly robust product.
