When trying to load files from dvd2avi to tgmpenc I get a message saying file is unsupported so it won't let me carry on. Can someone help. Have I installed everything I need .
looking in my folder for said files the only file that is compressed is the audio. In order to look for video files I have to change the type file box to "all files" before it will show anything. Does this mean my DVD2AVI programme is not intact.


Any help would be appreciated.
