  1. I've just gotten a 3 vcd set someone burned for me in m2v and mpg formats (looking at the directory for these on my computer, each cd has a handful of both formats included). For some reason my Sampo DVE-611, which usually plays just about anything I've put in it, but for some reason it won't play these clips. I've noticed that none of the disks has a menu saved to it. Does this matter? What can I do to get my videos to play on my Sampo? I don't like watching things on my computer, I want to be able to watch it on a nice, large TV screen. When I put any of the disks from this set into the Sampo, it just stays on "load" and doesn't do anything, it won't even eject. I have to cut the machine off and then quicky eject it before it starts to load again. This doesn't happen with any other dvd's or vcd's that I own. Can someone please help me figure out what is going wrong and what I need to do in order to play these on my Sampo?

I'm frustrated and feeling very stupid. Thanks to anyone willing to help. Let me know if you need more info.

    Thanks again,
    Carla
