divx plays upside down?

all of the sudden divx files i have watched before, and new ones ive downloaded play upside down its only divx files no other formats and i have tried every codec i could find and every player i could find. divx player 2.0 alpha will play some of them but it has poor sound quality and i would reather get them working. if anyone can help me then thanks for your time. if not oh well i flip my monitor over to wach them.thanks

This problem very often caused by DivXG400 filter.
It try to "help" to MPEG2 and DivX decoders to do their job better.
Try to find it at windows/system directory, filename divxg400.ax.
To uninstall run
regsvr32 divxg400.ax /u
this will unregister filter in system registry, then you can remove it.
If you want to register it back run
regsvr32 divxg400.ax

I tried using regsvr and it was not a recognizable command. I was in the command prompt C:\windows\system directory. What did I do wrong?
