ANyone know how I can convert a svcd MPEG 2 Pal file to a MPEG 2 NTSC format? I'm planning on burning the svcd onto a dvd-r so I also need to be able to change the audio format from 44.1 to 48. Anyone know how I can do this? I tried TMPGEnc-2.52.34.129Plus. But everytime I open the file it crashes TMPGEnc. Thanks for any help.
