bin/cue-->mpeg1

I'm having a problem converting bin and cues to mpeg, I got vcdgear followed the guide instructions, but when I hit start I get an error. can't recall the exact error right but it's something like mpeg file path not found, I'll make a note of it next time I try it. it's not a big deal because I can use cdrwin to burn the bin/cue and it works fine, but I was just wondering what I've been doing wrong.
