  1. I am changing our my cpu to a pent4 1.8a gig and of course a new motherboard. I have read where new board should include certain things to enhance video capture. For instance, firewire built in. Does anyone have any thoughts on what I should be looking for??

Just don't buy any motherboard with a VIA chipset on it and you'll probably be OK.

What is wrong with the VIA chipsets? I have two motherboards with VIA chipsets and ATI capture cards and have no problems with them.
