I have the spiderman svcd and the haf release of star wars ep2 vcd
the two of them give me green blocks in about 75% of the screens and the sound as a little sound like a whistler always bugging, it does this in my dvd player which plays vcd and svcd and in my computer too when I play the dat or the mpeg file, spiderman as different bitrate but the star wars cd is vcd 2.0 compliant, any idea why this happen?
