I ahve 4 MediaInfo dll's and 3 are different
mediainfo.dll C:\Program Files\K-Lite Codec Pack\Media Player Classic 2,800 KB 17/08/2011 10:22 a.m.
mediainfo.dll C:\Program Files\K-Lite Codec Pack\Tools 2,800 KB 17/08/2011 10:22 a.m.
MediaInfo.dll C:\Program Files\MediaInfo 4,860 KB 24/04/2019 2:25 a.m.
MediaInfo.dll C:\Program Files\Video to Video 2,943 KB 25/01/2013 4:09 p.m.
I want use a program that requires it to be registered. To see if it was I did:
regsvr32 /u "C:\Program Files\MediaInfo\MediaInfo.dll"
But that returned:
C:\Program Files\MediaInfo\MediaInfo.dll was loaded, but the DllUnregisterServer entry point was not found.
This file can not be registered.
I then found and downloaded
Medialnfo_DLL_21.03_Windows_x64.exe Wed, 26 Mar 2025 6:02 PM Application 2124 KB
Media|nfo_GUl_25.03_Windows.exe Wed, 26 Mar 2025 5:45 PM Application 14,124 KB
But they're .exe files and I don't know what to expect from them. I do have MediaInfo installed already. 32 bit and OS is WinXP
Are these safe to run ?
