.mp4 files with different metadata

Hi,

I am taking several mp4 clips and trying to merge them into one mp4 using Losslesscut. However, a handful of the files have slightly different metadata and won't merge together. Is there a way to match the metadata between files?

Below is a copy from Losslesscut of the mismatches. I'm unsure if this occurs because the files are comprised of 2 two tracks (audio/video) and they are reversed between the two files? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Every time your issue has been posted in the past, the answer proved elusive and the files had to be re-encoded in the end
to achieve the join.
If you like, you can post some samples and somebody will take a look

It looks like the stream order in one/more of the mp4 files is different (e.g. video=1, audio=0, instead of video=0, audio=1).

Thanks for the reply. Can handbrake be used to re-encode?

If I post a couple mismatched clips someone may see if the can merge them?

I'm not sure how to re-order the tracks. I removed the audio track from the clip but the videos still would merge. Similar mismatch warnings occurred.

I'm not very savvy at any of this...

I used handbrake to batch re-encode my clips. Then merged them in Losslesscut. It did pop up a few errors still but only about framerate being slightly different. The merged video works! Thanks for the assistance folks!
