I ripped Training Day and stripped the audio and video that I didn't need to a m2v file. Next I used Rempeg2 to shrink the movie to fit on a dvd+r and use Ifoedit to remux the audio back into the video. The movie is now 4.36 gig and plays very good. Ok I have my ifo files that ifoedit created when I remuxed the audio but I want to add the original menu back into the movie. I don't care about the subtitles and other stuff but want to have the 3.34 MB original menu play when you insert the movie into a dvd player instead of the movie just starting on its own.
Ifoedit created my ifo's starting like this:
VIDEO_TS.BUP
VIDEO_TS.IFO
VIDEO_TS.VOB
VTS_01_0.BUP
VTS_01_0.IFO
VTS_01_1.VOB
VTS_01_2.VOB
VTS_01_3.VOB
VTS_01_4.VOB
VTS_01_5.VOB
VTS_01_6.VOB
On the original rip the menu was VTS_2.0.VOB
How can I add the menu and get it to play?
Do I have to do any manual editing as well?
