Hi, I've have used this vcr for a while but now it seems to eject every tape i try to play. Such thing happened only once since i bought it 2 years ago - when i tried to play VHS-C tape inside Panasonic adapter a year ago. Back then it played other tapes fine after that. What can be an issue here?

The rollers can't stretch (wind?) the tape onto the head. But why?
And what if you push them a little?
I bet some plastic has worn out and they don't want to go any further.
Ask at elektroda, you know where

Does the tape lock release properly?
Do you have a tape with the lock removed?
