    im am totally new to this. i was wondering where can i read about framerates, headers and what is a good speed to burn at? also when i open tmpeg it has options for vcd, and svcd. if i have a SVCD but i want to burn with VCD headers, do i just simply select VCD instead of SVCD? is there anything else i should change?
