A VOB ID is a VOB ID. These are NOT set by VOBRATOR or IFOEdit, but are set when the DVD was originally encoded. Use VOBRATOR to view each VOB in your file, and make a note of it (you won't get a chance to see it in IFOEdit). Then bring up IFOEdit, open that VOB, and in VOB EXTRAS, check STRIP VOB IDS and UPDATE IFO, then give a destination directory. When you click OK, a screen will pop up giving you all the VOBs in that particular file. Check the ones that you want to keep (the ones that you noted previously) then hit STRIP IT. Your offending VOB IDs have now been removed.
