    I just converted an avi video clip to mpeg. I am trying to make a VCD. I used Tmpg and LSX encoder both and still end up with a vcd that will play with sound but no video. Can anyone help me?

    You do not have all of the codecs that are needed. YOu have to have all versions installed in order to make it work properly.
