  1. Greetings, everyone!

I have some videos that I downloaded from Amazon using streamfab. I want to burn them to a Blu-Ray but I notice that the videos are 25fps. What is the software I can use to properly convert them and burn them to disc without any quality loss or issues with pitch. Thanks in advance.

  2. Why bother? 24p and 25p look very similar on 60p displays. Does the PAL speedup bother you?

  3. I am making the blu ray for my dad who has a region locked blu ray player.

  4. The region lock should not limit/influence the frame rate.

Is the blu-ray going to be authored or just files burned to it?
    I think,therefore i am a hamster.

  6. Some North American BD players may not play 25p authored discs properly. Or they may output 25p or 50p to the TV -- which the TV may not display properly.

But exactly how you convert PAL to NTSC depends on the nature of the NTSC video. The first thing I would try is just burning the (mp4?) file onto a data disc and see if the BD player plays it.
