can someone tell what`s the difference between the "1:1 VGA" and the "4:3" settings in virtual dub? they appear two times, one for in- and one for out-video. the only difference i see is that with the 4:3 setting i get a bit more black borders than with "1:1 VGA". i create pal-vcds with a res of 352x288 and i dont really see a difference on my tv, but just want to be sure that i choose the right option!
