A bit of lost media I've been trying to restore from the only decent source available which are PAL DVDs. It's 25fps interlaced, and it seems like for every good frame there's 2-3 blended frames. I have limited knowledge with AVS+, but the settings I've tried with QTGMC and SRestore have hardly touched the ghosting. I assume the original frame rate is 23.976, but who knows everything that happened to get it to this 25 PAL DVD. Not too worried about getting it to 23.976 if I can just get rid of the ghosting. I've added a sample clip. Appreciate any help with this.
