I have a thermal imaging scope and a field monitor but I can't figure out how to get them connected to one another. I also want to record what the field monitor sees. I've added pictures of both. Any help is appreciated. The field monitor is a lilliput and the thermal is an armasight command 640.

The armasight command 640 should have come with an adapter cable that is a hirose type multipin plug on one end and 2 plugs on the other (1 for external power, 1 for RCA/BNC composite SD video). They are listed on pg 17 of the manual. Plug hirose end ("C") to jack on the camera, and rca/bnc end ("A") to corresponding input on the Lilliput monitor. However, I could be mistaken and not see other inputs, but if I am correct, you do NOT have any composite analog inputs to that field monitor, whether rca or bnc. Can't tell without also knowing that model #.
If so, you WILL need to get an additional analog to digital converter box to convert to either SDI or HDMI. My recommendation is SDI, but if you have other devices, for example capture card/box, that has HDMI, you may prefer that format. You could also try an analog composite to rgb or vga converter (but stays in analog domain), as these may be cheaper, but they will most certainly be less versatile for you in future for other purposes, and most likely cheaper quality as well.

If you want to record as well, you will need a converter that has MULTIPLE simultaneous outputs, since that monitor doesn't seem to, and almost all normal monitors are not meant to, have outputs. Then you would also need an hdmi or sdi capture box/device/card, and you surely would then not want to go the analog only route, so SDI or HDMI options are your best choices.
